Hannah Ploegstra
I’m Hannah, the founder of Desire Line. I write for our blog, lead our creative team, produce many of the studies we offer, and host the Desire Line podcast. I created Desire Line for creatives like myself who long to engage the gospel in a deep, personal way and discover their unique voice for telling the story of their faith. I believe that the human capacity for wonder, imagination, and longing, when enlightened by his word, can enable us to grow in our depth of love for him in the kind of intimacy he wants with us. Artists reach for the heart, and I pray Desire Line will be an outlet for communicating truth in that place.

Hey, I'm April! I am a graphic and web designer, so I do the design work such as the website, artwork, logo, and branding. I work behind the scenes taking the beautiful content Hannah develops and putting it out into the world in a visually appealing way. As a creative individual, I am passionate about the mission of Desire Line, and I want to use my skills to help further God's Kingdom and inspire others to do the same.

Hi friends! I’m Esther, and I manage the social media and community outreach for Desire Line! I keep you updated on Instagram about anything that’s going on over here, and brainstorm ideas to get blog and podcast content into bitesized posts to remind you of God’s you story throughout the week. I love to connect with people around creativity, storytelling, and other art forms. I believe that these things are near and dear to God’s heart and a fundamental part of being human. And they bring us such an incredible amount of joy! I’m excited to find ways to welcome and inspire creatives to tap into their talents as a connection to God’s heart.
